- Strengthen Singapore’s economic connectivity and integration, while leveraging international partnerships to enhance trade flows and expand our network of digital and green economy agreements.
- Increase exports to at least S$1 trillion and double offshore trade to S$2 trillion.
Enterprise 2030
- Support companies in promising new growth areas and build a strong slate of locally-grown, high-growth companies that are globally competitive.
- Support local SMEs to digitalise, innovate, internationalise, and to become more sustainable.
Manufacturing 2030
- Increase manufacturing value-add by 50% by 2030, and for Singapore to become a global business, innovation, and talent hub for Advanced Manufacturing.
- Groom promising local enterprises and strengthen the manpower pipeline for the sector.

- Grow the Modern Services cluster’s value-add by at least 50% by 2030

Goal: A comprehensive strategy aimed at addressing climate change and enhancing environmental protection, with a commitment to a sustainable future and carbon neutrality. This plan envisions transforming Singapore into an eco-friendly city by 2030.

- A $60 million Agri-Food Cluster Transformation (ACT) Fund has been established to to provide funding support to farms to build and expand their production capabilities and capacities.
